Who We Are

Hermit Crab The Snohomish County Marine Resources Advisory Committee (MRC) is a citizen-based volunteer committee appointed by the Snohomish County Council. It is one of seven county-based MRC's, which conduct restoration, conservation, and education projects with diverse partners and community members to meet performance benchmarks. These efforts are coordinated and guided by the Northwest Straits Commission, a federally-funded organization dedicated to protecting the Northwest Straits region of the Salish Sea.
